The house

The villa sits at the edge of the village beside the mountains, with paths leading into the surrounding countryside. Outside are a terrace, barbecue, lawn and four sun loungers. The private saltwater pool measures 6.5 × 3 metres and is 1–1.8 metres deep; a protective fence is available on request.

The living room opens to a dining area and has satellite TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave, oven and cooking utensils, and opens to a second dining area. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole house, and two additional radiators are available if required. Wi-Fi is free.

All four bedrooms have wardrobes. The ground-floor double bedroom has space for a cot, an en-suite shower room and direct garden access. Upstairs are a double bedroom with an en-suite whirlpool bath, a bunk-bed bedroom with an en-suite bathtub and terrace access, and a twin bedroom with a shower bathroom. A cot and a high chair are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

The village centre, supermarket, bakery and restaurants are a short walk away. Inca is five minutes away by car and has shops, traditional celler restaurants and a Thursday-morning market. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 31.4 km away.
