The apartment is on the ninth floor of a building with a lift, close to the sea. The living area opens onto the balcony and has a double sofa bed, two additional sofas, an armchair, a dining table and a TV. The balcony has a small table and chairs overlooking the sea.
The separate equipped kitchen also opens onto the balcony. Equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and juicer. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; a hairdryer is provided.
