The house

This remodeled, top-floor condo is on the 15th floor and accommodates four guests, with one bedroom, two beds and one bathroom. It has hurricane-strength windows and a balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Facilities include a shared pool, a hot tub and free Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes a De'Longhi combination drip coffee, espresso and cappuccino maker. The beach is steps away, and local shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

On-site parking requires an online-purchased HOA parking pass. Building preservation work is scheduled for fall 2026 through winter 2027, with loud noise and mandatory rental closures for affected floors and units during Phase 2 A.
