Facilities include a shared pool, a hot tub and free Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes a De'Longhi combination drip coffee, espresso and cappuccino maker. The beach is steps away, and local shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

On-site parking requires an online-purchased HOA parking pass. Building preservation work is scheduled for fall 2026 through winter 2027, with loud noise and mandatory rental closures for affected floors and units during Phase 2 A.

Building preservation work is scheduled for fall 2026 through winter 2027, including north walkway repairs and coating and painting of walls and ceilings. Phase 2 A requires affected floors and units to be closed to rentals. Loud noise from jackhammers, grinders and chipping hammers is expected. Work starts on the 15th floor and proceeds downward, two floors at a time.

Parking passes must be purchased online before parking on-site. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old to obtain parking passes. RVs, trailers and watercraft are not permitted on-site.
