The house

The 1,148-square-foot, multi-level condo has three bathrooms, comfortable furnishings and natural light. A full kitchen includes cookware, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, with a dining table for meals and board games. The home has mountain views, a fireplace, heating, television, books, a video library and room-darkening shades.

Guests have access to a community hot tub, shared sauna, heated clubhouse pool, gym and game room. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 to 20:00; the gym and clubhouse game room are open from 08:00 to 20:00. Resort amenities access, a playground or play area, and concierge and in-home services are available.

Other features include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, a private entrance, self check-in, garage parking for one car, a balcony or patio, grill, garden or backyard and outdoor seating. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Baby safety gear, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available.

Steamboat Ski Resort and its gondola are across the street. The Tread of Pioneers Museum is three miles north, and Steamboat Art Museum offers local art. A car is not necessary. The property spans multiple levels and has no elevator.
