## About the house

The second-floor great room has high ceilings, a furnished living area with TV, and a window-side sitting area. The equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area and has counter seating. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Laundry facilities are on this floor.

Two second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a standing shower. On the third floor, one bedroom has a queen bed and deck access; the other has a twin-over-twin bunk set, a twin bed and a trundle. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves this floor.

Outdoor spaces include a covered deck, a porch swing reached by stairs, and an ocean-view sun deck. Underneath the home are a children's play area, outdoor shower and hammock connected by boarded walkways. A charcoal grill, basketball goal, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. Community tennis courts are directly across the street; community facilities also include pickleball courts and beach access.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and a washer and dryer. An outdoor street- or driveway-facing security camera is identified among the amenities. The horseshoe pit will not be available for the 2027 season.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits; pet-policy violations may result in termination of tenancy. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.
