House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Dangerous-breed pets are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen is supplied for the full stay without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is payable before the stay; its amount depends on the stay.

Plage de la Parée is 15 minutes’ walk away. Central Bretignolles-sur-Mer is 20 minutes’ walk away. The listing also places Plage de la Corniche 2.2 km away. The home is not equipped with a dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
