Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years old. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Online check-in and verification may be required.

Castillo San Felipe del Morro is about an 11-minute walk (750 m) away, and La Factoría is about a 3-minute walk (220 m) away. Old San Juan is described as walkable, and a car is not needed to explore the historic district. Free street parking is available near the property for guests who bring a car. The airport is about 25 minutes (13.3 km) away by car.
