The house has a porch and a furnished outdoor terrace. The living-dining room has satellite television, and the kitchen opens onto the terrace. Kitchen equipment includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
All three bedrooms have wardrobes and fans. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. A second shower bathroom serves the house. A cot and high chair are available. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board; towels and a hair dryer are also provided.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. The house has no air conditioning or swimming pool. Son Serra de Marina is a residential area with restaurants and essential shops. Its beach combines rock, sand and pebbles. Larger shopping trips can be made to Ca’n Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.
