The house has a porch and a furnished outdoor terrace. The living-dining room has satellite television, and the kitchen opens onto the terrace. Kitchen equipment includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes and fans. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. A second shower bathroom serves the house.
