The home accommodates up to 10 guests in two king suites and three queen bedrooms. Both king suites have en suite bathrooms and direct pool access; the three queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The open-plan living area includes seating, a smart TV and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range and a large island, and the indoor dining area seats six.
