Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Mandatory final cleaning costs 85€ per stay. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
