## About the house

The 90 m² house occupies a 115 m² plot. Outside, a terrace has a table and six chairs, and the small garden has two sun loungers. The living room has a large sofa and satellite television, and the dining area seats six.

The separate kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, blender, electric oven, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. A toilet is on the ground floor.

All three bedrooms are upstairs: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, one has two single beds, and one has a single bed. A separate shower bathroom serves this floor. Air-conditioning units with heating and cooling are in every bedroom and the living area. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There is outdoor parking for two cars on the property, plus free street parking. A supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop are a few steps away. Buses run every 15 minutes to Port d'Alcúdia, Pollença and Ca’n Picafort. The house is beside the main road, so traffic noise may be audible.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
