Pequawket Home accommodates up to nine guests across three levels, with a main-floor kitchen and living room and a lower-level family room. An upper-level sleeping area is open loft-style. The home has two bathrooms and 2,200 square feet of space.
Outside are a private beach area on Pequawket Pond, a dock, a large flat yard, a balcony or patio, a fire pit, a barbecue grill and kayaks or water gear. Mountain, lake and water views are available.
The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, kitchen basics and a dining area. Indoor amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, free Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television, books and board games. A washer and dryer, bed linens, fresh towels, hair dryer, hangers, iron and toiletries are provided. Beds are made with fresh linens before arrival, and garbage service is provided at checkout.
