Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking on balconies is allowed. Cooking appliances may not be used. Apartment occupancy is suitable for a family of up to four, including two children under 14, and not for four adults because of the sofa bed's low weight capacity. A 50% deposit is due at least five days before arrival; accommodation is payable in cash on arrival, and card payment is not available. Breakfast is not included; the linked conditions page says it can be ordered at reception the day before. Massage and wellness services should be booked at least one day in advance. Cancellation or changes at least 14 days before arrival incur no fee; within 7–14 days, 50% of the reservation total is charged; later cancellation, changes or no-show incur the full reservation total. The guesthouse may cancel a reservation if capacity for the date has been exhausted.
