Pets are not accommodated. Check-in is 14:00–18:00; contact the property in advance for later arrival. Check-out is 10:00. Breakfast can be purchased on site for 150 CZK per person. Extra beds in specified attic rooms cost 750 CZK per night and require contacting the property to request. A children's cot can be borrowed for 300 CZK per stay. A hairdryer is available on request with a refundable 100 CZK deposit. Standard bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge more than 7 days before arrival; changes or cancellations less than 7 days before arrival incur 100% of the reservation price. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or changed; changes or cancellations at any time incur 100% of the reservation price.

The Klínovec sports area is 6 km away. The surrounding area has skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling and hiking routes.
