The house

The 120 m² house has an open living and dining area with a sofa, television and garden views. Outside are a lawned garden, a terrace and two sun loungers. S'Illot beach is about five minutes away on foot.

There are four bedrooms, all with closets: two with a double bed each, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed and terrace access. Upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two shower bathrooms, one on each floor. A cot and high chair are available.

The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and a folding table. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

The house is in the coastal area of s'Illot within the municipality of Manacor, near shops and restaurants. A supermarket is 0.09 km away, a pharmacy 0.15 km away and the Plaça de la Savina bus stop 0.19 km away. Manacor and its train station are 16.9 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 67.9 km away.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 90€ per stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
