Is my card charged when I book?
The card is authorized at booking and charged only when SEVA confirms the reservation in writing. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, the hold is released in full.
Why book direct instead of Airbnb?
Direct bookings are for the same villa with the same team, without Airbnb's guest service fee, and include concierge stay planning.
Is the villa serviced?
The penthouse is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. Mid-stay housekeeping, private chefs, spa services and transfers can be arranged on request through the concierge.
Is it really walkable, and is it really quiet?
The penthouse is in a quiet residential pocket at the jungle end of Calle 7 Sur. The Holistika wellness park is a two-minute walk away, restaurants are a few minutes up the street and Gypsea Market is about eight minutes away on foot.
How many guests does the penthouse sleep?
Up to nine guests across three bedrooms: the Horizon Suite with a king bed, sofa bed and en-suite bathroom; the Two Palms Room with two small double beds; and the Ceiba Room with a king bed. There are 3.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom beside the rooftop pool.
What about a security deposit?
A refundable USD $500 deposit is held approximately 48 hours before check-in and released within seven days after checkout, less any applicable deductions for damage or rule violations.
