House rules
No parties or venue use. No smoking. No laundry on balconies. No pets. The apartment is not ideal for young children because of fragile furnishings and stairs. Building body-corporate and house rules also apply. Late arrival after 8:00 PM, early check-in and late check-out require prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
Getting there
The apartment is on levels 5 and 6. The waterfront road is busy and the area is subject to some road and port noise. Stairs connect the entry, living, kitchen, dining, balcony and powder-room level with the bedrooms and bathrooms above. Elevator access is available. Dedicated secure parking is limited to two standard vehicles, with a 2 m maximum garage-entry height.
