House rules

Parties, smoking, visitors who are not registered guests, cooking, and bringing electrical appliances are prohibited. Quiet hours are 23:00–07:00. Pets must be non-dangerous, microchipped, insured for civil liability, and leashed in shared areas; guests are responsible for damage. Observe shared-space occupancy limits: one person in the office room, six in the large room, and 18 in the terrace-garden, or nine under a stated capacity restriction. A photo ID is required for check-in for guests aged 15 and over. Tell the property your arrival time; the stated maximum arrival time is 23:00, with later check-in possible if arranged before 23:00. The property says failure to do so is treated as a no-show and 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Getting there

There is space to park on the street; do not block neighboring garage exits. The Sanctuary of Misericordia is 6 km away. One room is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
