## About the house

The property has eight rooms with private bathrooms and Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and heating; three have Smart TVs with internet. There is a fan for summer and a refrigerator in one room on each floor. One room is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Towels are changed every three days and sheets every five days. Room cleaning is daily, except long-stay reservations with special rates, when it is twice weekly. Shared spaces include an office room with a microwave and coffee machine, a larger cooler room in summer, and a garden terrace.

Pets allowed: Yes · Pets are accepted; guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets. Pets must be non-dangerous, microchipped, and covered by civil liability insurance; keep them on a leash in shared areas.

Kitchen: Yes · Shared office room has a microwave, sink and coffee machine. Cooking or preparing food is prohibited throughout the accommodation; guests may only heat prepared food or drinks. Food is brought and stored at the guest's responsibility; not every room has a refrigerator.

There is space to park on the street; do not block neighboring garage exits. The Sanctuary of Misericordia is 6 km away. One room is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Parties, smoking, visitors who are not registered guests, cooking, and bringing electrical appliances are prohibited. Quiet hours are 23:00–07:00. Pets must be non-dangerous, microchipped, insured for civil liability, and leashed in shared areas; guests are responsible for damage. Observe shared-space occupancy limits: one person in the office room, six in the large room, and 18 in the terrace-garden, or nine under a stated capacity restriction. A photo ID is required for check-in for guests aged 15 and over. Tell the property your arrival time; the stated maximum arrival time is 23:00, with later check-in possible if arranged before 23:00. The property says failure to do so is treated as a no-show and 100% of the reservation will be charged.
