House rules
Family friendly and pet friendly. Contact the host if bringing more than one pet. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Preparation of the primary bedroom's single sofa bed is optional, on request, for an additional $50 per stay.
Getting there
Parking accommodates two vehicles. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
