House rules
No smoking. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. The standard pet allowance is one dog under 50 lbs, with up to three extra pets permitted for $150 each plus tax per week. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk away, with Sailfish Beach Access serving the home. Bedrooms and living areas occupy multiple split levels. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
