# Pelicans Post Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 16 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The upper-level great room combines a furnished living area, dining space and equipped kitchen, with deck access and a seasonal gas fireplace. A sun deck provides outdoor seating space. Bedrooms are arranged across several split levels. Level 1 has two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Level 1.5 has a king ensuite with a standing shower. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, a queen bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Level 2.5 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and private deck. The half bathroom is on level 3. The ground-floor recreation room has a pool table, sitting area and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. Outdoors are a gated private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, charcoal and gas grills, basketball hoop and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Satellite TV is offered in 2026, changing to streaming TV in 2027. Municipal water, a wet bar and the Welcome Program are also provided. Whalehead is close to Corolla shopping, dining, Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Whalehead Club.
