House rules
No dogs or other pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the number of guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home and follow the house rules. Minimum stays and restricted check-in days may apply during peak periods. Refunds are offered for bookings affected by COVID lockdowns, subject to verification of the guest's address and lockdown.
Getting there
The cottage is perched above and directly opposite Fairhaven Beach, which is 150 m away. Great Otway National Park is at the doorstep. Aireys Inlet Reserve is 1.6 km away and Sandy Gully Beach is 2.8 km away. Parking is limited to two cars.
