## About the house

The top-floor great room has ocean views, a living area with TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and access to open decks for outdoor dining. The gas fireplace is available seasonally: January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026; January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.

The third-floor king ensuite has an attached bathroom with a standing shower and deck access; a separate half bathroom is also on this floor. On the second floor, two queen bedrooms have deck access and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another queen bedroom has deck access, and a fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a twin-over-twin bunk set. A further full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is on the second floor. The home has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Covered decks include a five-person hot tub with ocean views. Steps lead down to the private outdoor pool and patio with a gated pool area. A private walkway provides beach access. Outdoor amenities include furniture, a charcoal grill, a basketball hoop, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Keyless entry is available. Parking accommodates four vehicles.
