Pelican Pointe 801 accommodates six guests with three bedrooms, four beds and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned corner condo has floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors overlooking the shoreline and Gulf of Mexico on two sides. A well-equipped kitchen connects to a dining space and a furnished living area with a TV. The expansive wraparound deck has lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set.

Shared resort facilities include an indoor heated pool, a seasonal unheated outdoor pool open March through October, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, a sundeck, a tennis court, a fitness center and a barbecue area. A boardwalk leads from the Gulf-front grounds to the white sand beach.

Adventure Island is practically across the road. The entrance to Gulf State Park is less than two miles away, and central Gulf Shores is five miles west.

The condo is on the eighth floor. A boardwalk connects the Gulf-front resort grounds to the white sand beach. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the rental. Guests below the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest numbers must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum occupancy of six. Booking requires agreement to the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
