- Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on arrival at the entrance security guard tower for $50.00 each; all forms of payment are accepted. The guard is available from 08:00 to midnight in the busy season and from 16:00 to midnight in the off season.

Shared resort pools include a heated indoor pool, an unheated seasonal outdoor pool open March through October, and a kiddie pool. The resort also has a hot tub.
