House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; all guests, including infants, count toward occupancy under HOA regulations. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. An additional mandatory Diamond Beach Resort amenities fee varies by season and length of stay and is charged with the reservation at booking.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront with ocean views. Parking is paid only.
