## About the house

The renovated condo has updated flooring, granite countertops, new appliances and a beachfront balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The gulf-front living room has a Smart TV with streaming options, while the primary suite has a TV with Amazon Fire and additional streaming options. Sleeping areas include the primary suite, hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There is a large dining table, a fully equipped gulf-front kitchen and a stackable washer and dryer.

Pelican Isle's shared facilities include a pool, spa, workout facilities and a barbecue grilling area. A boardwalk provides beach access. Beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included from March through October.

The beachfront resort has boardwalk access to the beach. Shared amenities are outside Avari's control.

Maximum occupancy is six guests; all guests count regardless of age. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless different unit-specific terms or legal requirements apply, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking and vaping are prohibited; smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Illegal activity, including unlawful downloads, is prohibited.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning or the actual cost if greater for rule violations or excessive mess. Government, utility or HOA fines and related damages may also be charged. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override these general terms, and conflicting booking-channel terms control. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies.
