Pelican Beach Resort 504 accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom, four beds and two bathrooms. The living area has plush furniture and a large TV, and the private balcony has ocean views. Three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. The galley-style kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Shared resort facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, tennis and pickleball courts, and EV chargers. Pelican Beach Cafe and Pelican Beach Tiki Bar are on site. The resort is steps from the sand and surf, with beach access.

Check-in is handled at the 24-hour Pelican Beach front desk. La Dolce Vita provides seasonal beach services from March 1 through October 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Beach setups can be rented directly on the beach on the day of use, subject to availability.

The condo is on the fifth floor. Beach access is available at the resort, steps from the sand and surf. Crab Island is 1.6 miles away, Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park is 0.3 miles away, Henderson Beach State Park is 1.9 miles away, and Destin Commons is 3 miles away.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy may not exceed the reservation guest count or posted maximum. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly; entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency.

Subject to booking-channel terms, applicable charges include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 in additional cleaning or actual cost if greater for violations or excessive mess, official or HOA fines plus related damages, and a late-departure fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Unit-specific terms override general terms; booking-channel terms control in a conflict.
