The house

This traditional-style home with modern features has floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak bedroom floors, an operational gas fireplace and bathrooms with heated floors. Three bedrooms are upstairs: two have queen beds and one has two twin beds. The upstairs primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and TV. A fourth bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and TV. Four full bathrooms with showers are distributed across the second floor, main floor and lower level.

The kitchen has an island, white marble countertops, a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A large wooden dining table sits near the kitchen. A furnished home office provides a separate workspace, and Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer are available.

Outside are a private heated saltwater pool, four lounge chairs, a patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, a gas grill, a front lawn and a fenced backyard. Four beach chairs and pool/beach towels are provided. There is garage space and driveway parking for two cars. Towd Point and Southampton beaches are nearby.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Seasonal outdoor facilities and equipment may be unavailable outside the summer period.
