The private outdoor pool is heated and subject to seasonal availability. The second floor has a primary king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a second king bedroom and a queen bedroom sharing a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. A queen bedroom is on the main floor; the lower level has one bedroom with two queen beds and another with one queen bed. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $165.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional cleanings are available at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, the owner may elect to reopen the dates. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is fully paid. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger balance payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
