The house

Pearl's Embrace accommodates singles or couples and has a queen bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, and a washing machine. A heat pump provides air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi, board games and books are available.

The full kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle and microwave. A sunny deck has outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing, with a garden and a lookout at the top of the property. The harbour view is reached by a steep uphill bush path.

A private driveway provides off-street parking and space for a boat up to 5 metres. EV charging is available. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included; pillows and duvets are provided, and beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. There is no pool or hot tub.

Wood Street's eateries, bars and shops are a four-minute drive away. The estuary beach is 150 metres away and the surf beach is 900 metres away, both within walking distance depending on fitness. Goldschmidts track runs next to the property and offers a bush walk to the surf beach with estuary and inland views.
