Peaks Edge at See Forever is a 2,401-square-foot condominium with timber beams, wood flooring and stone accents around a fireplace. The open-plan living and dining space has large windows framing mountain views and connects to a kitchen and private deck.

Both bedrooms have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, cutlery, toaster, drip coffee maker and kettle. The home also has air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television, bed linens, towels and a hair dryer. An elevator serves the building.

The home is close to the free gondola at the Mountain Village core, connecting to downtown Telluride in minutes. Walk-to-ski access, walk-to-town access, ski valet and ski shuttle service are advertised.

The stay includes up to two days of access to Peaks Resort amenities, including the spa, gym, pool and hot tub. Additional day passes may be purchased at extra cost through the Reservation Team.

The property accommodates a maximum of four guests and one car. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The free gondola at the Mountain Village core is nearby and connects to downtown Telluride in minutes.

Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit-card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details.

Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in returns the initial payment less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee. Cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
