Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. The bunk bed is for children only. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by arrangement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen linen 2.00 €, end-of-stay cleaning 74.00 €, towels 7.00 €, bath mat 3.00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800.00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Pets are not allowed. Personalized arrival and departure services and heating are included. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.

Getting there

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage and its sandy beach are 10 km away; Lake Biscarrosse is 6 km away. A nearby bus stop connects to Biscarrosse Plage. Shops, the weekly market, cinema and village amenities are nearby. Super U et Drive is 1 km away, the Biscarrosse nautical centre is 2 km away, Port de Gourmet is 2.4 km away, and Bisc'Aventure and Biscarrosse golf course are each 9 km away. The advertised occupancy limit remains six guests despite the additional sofa-bed sleeping places. The description advertises balcony/terrace access, but the source cover photograph shows a sign reading “Accès terrasse interdit” (terrace access prohibited). Confirm current access before booking.
