The double living room has interconnected sitting and dining spaces. The sitting area includes a light grey couch, two chairs and a bookcase, with orange curtains. The dining area has a butterfly tapestry, a glass table seating six, Persian rugs and wooden floors.

The grey-and-white kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available.
