How do arrival and departure work?
Included transfers cover airport pick-up, ground transportation to the river port, and canoe travel along the Madre de Dios River on arrival and departure. Arrive during the 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. check-in window for included arrival transfers. Check-out is by 8:00 a.m., with return to the city at approximately 10:00 a.m.
Which additional excursions are available?
Optional excursions at an additional cost include the Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick, Lake Sandoval, the Canopy Walkway Luxury Collection experience, piranha fishing at Lake Valencia, a cacao and artisanal chocolate tour, and other specialized excursions. The Pampas Heath Macaw Clay Lick and Brazil nut forest immersion are seasonal options.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
