House rules

The property is non-smoking, including all screened areas, and pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay. A 4-night minimum stay is required, with shorter stays considered only if the calendar permits and potentially subject to a higher cleaning fee. Thanksgiving week requires a 6-night minimum and full occupancy; Christmas and New Year's week requires a 7-night minimum and full occupancy. Use of discounted rental kayaks and stand-up paddleboards requires a signed waiver.

Getting there

The home is on Grand Cayman's Bioluminescent Bay with a private dock and beachfront access. Rum Point Beach is a 15-minute walk away, Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill is a 10-minute walk away, and Starfish Point is 1.0 mile south. The nearest general store, Chisholm's Grocery, is 5.0 miles away. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service is described as unreliable and expensive outside town and Seven Mile Beach, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. The shoreline may experience seasonal sargassum and ocean debris.
