The house has a private terrace for outdoor meals and an artificial-lawn area with two sun loungers. The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television.
The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free; towels and a hair dryer are provided.
One bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning; the other two each have two single beds and a fan. Two bedrooms have closets. A baby cot and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
