House rules
No smoking; no pets; parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €205 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
