House rules
No smoking or parties/events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 25 kg are accepted, except dangerous animals. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered; ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without renewal. Mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Cormier beach is 400 m away; Port Giraud beach is 600 m away and Tharon beach is 1 km away. Free street parking in front of the house is subject to availability; there is no private parking. The house is on a quiet one-way coastal street. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
