The house

The home has a bright, open-plan living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker. A dedicated work-from-home space overlooks the vineyard. Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, and a smart television in the main living room are available.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet, and share a full bathroom with a shower. A half bathroom is on the first/main floor. Bed linens are provided.

An uncovered patio has a large outdoor dining table, chairs and multiple sitting areas overlooking the vineyard. There is a spacious yard, free parking, a garage and a private entrance. The property has direct access to Paumanok Vineyard and its tasting room. Jamesport is a short drive away, with wineries, breweries and farm stands nearby. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be unavailable outside Memorial Day to Labor Day; confirm before booking.
