The approximately 60 m² apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and one shower room with WC, all on one ground-floor level. The living room has TV, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players. Heating, window privacy screens and an ironing board are provided. The apartment has a separate garden with views of Kampen lighthouse, a sunny east-facing area and a west-facing terrace with dune views. Garden furniture and a beach chair are provided; the beach chair is available approximately April–October. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!

The primary bedroom is reached through the second bedroom. All rooms are on one ground-floor level. The apartment is immediately behind the dunes beside Kampener Wäldchen.

Maximum occupancy is three guests. Smoking is not permitted. Pets and youth groups are not permitted. Children are welcome.
