House rules
The responsible renter must generally be at least 25, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the rental; a different minimum may apply under unit-specific terms or law. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of 10 guests. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residential use. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission and may incur additional fees. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs; entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning or the actual cost if greater. Guests are responsible for applicable fines and related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and conflicting booking-channel terms control. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies.
Getting there
The home spans multiple floors, with each bedroom on a separate floor. Motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs are prohibited in Black Butte Ranch. RVs, motorhomes and trailers of any kind may not be parked there.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stayavari.com.
