The house

The villa spans three levels with six air-conditioned suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two Level I suites interconnect. Facilities include two private outdoor infinity pools, an indoor pool, heated indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, a fully equipped gym, a private spa with sauna and hammam, and a hair salon. Entertainment includes home theater, outdoor cinema, billiards, table tennis, a tennis court with rackets and balls, and a bowling alley available on request. Outdoor areas include a garden, playground, gas barbecue, shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, lounge and dining areas, a sound system and a private helipad. The gated property has an automatic security gate and an elevator. Kitchens include a professional kitchen on Level I, a fully equipped kitchen on Level II and a kitchenette. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, mixer and blender. The living area has air conditioning, a piano and sea views; the dining area seats up to eight. A fireplace and ceiling fan are available. Every bedroom has a hairdryer and safe. Bath amenities, bath, pool and beach towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Baby cot, highchair and baby bath are available on request; children's books and toys are available. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided. Included services comprise a welcome basket, a bottle of Champagne or Prosecco on arrival, local arrival delicacies, turndown service, pillow menu, daily housekeeping except Sundays, linen and towel changes twice weekly, pool-towel changes twice weekly and pool freshening. Dedicated concierge, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Babysitting, car rental, chef service, grocery supply, helicopter transfers, security, transfers, VIP reservations and yacht charters are available on request.
