House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. The electricity allowance is US$5 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more require a US$500 electricity deposit and do not include electricity charges; charges are based on consumption. Check-in instructions are provided contactlessly.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an advertised 8–10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are advertised as a 5–10-minute walk away, and the unit is on the third floor with walk-up access.
