House rules
No smoking, pets, parties, or events. Electricity allowance is US$10 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$500 electricity deposit. Additional electricity charges are based on consumption and deducted from the deposit or allowance. A contactless check-in process is provided.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an advertised 8–10-minute walk away. Restaurants and entertainment are a 5–10-minute walk away, a mini-market is a 2-minute walk away, and groceries are a 5–10-minute walk away. The condo is on the third floor and requires walking up; no elevator information is provided.
