House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Electricity allowance is US$5 per night for daily or weekly rentals. Monthly rentals of 28 nights or more do not include electricity charges and require a US$500 electricity deposit; charges are based on consumption and deducted from the deposit or allowance. Extra electricity refunds are processed 48 hours after checkout.
Getting there
Bavaro Beach public access is an approximately 8- to 10-minute walk. Restaurants and entertainment are approximately a 5- to 10-minute walk away; the mini-market is approximately a 2- to 3-minute walk, and the grocery store is approximately a 5- to 10-minute walk. The condo is on the second floor and requires walking up stairs.
