## About the house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a Mediterranean-inspired complex and extends downstairs. Its open-plan living and dining area opens to a sunny private patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The lounge has a TV, and the dining table can also be used for a laptop.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee pod machine. Shared resident facilities include a swimming pool, spa, tennis court and poolside barbecue facilities. Beach towels are provided.

The main-level bedroom has a queen bed. The two downstairs bedrooms have air conditioning: the primary bedroom has a king bed, bedside tables, reading lights and an ensuite bathroom, while the other has two single beds. There is also a main bathroom with complimentary boutique toiletries and private laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Air conditioning is limited to the downstairs bedrooms; the living room and upper level are not air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available only on the upper level. Free garage parking is provided for two cars.

Repairs around the complex are concentrated near the Garden Block and pathways between the beach and road. The apartment is in the Beach Block, with minimal impact, although occasional dust or noise may be noticeable around the grounds.
